What is the difference between “vegetation control” and “weed control”?
Vegetation control differs from weed control in that it kills all plant life, including grass.
There is no residual effect from the vegetation control we use. This means that new seeds can blow in and start growing tomorrow. This also means that if you want to plant new grass seed or a new garden, this can be done within 48 hours of the vegetation control application.

Unlike many of Weed Pro’s competitors who charge extra for this service, with Weed Pro, Vegetation control is included in all our residential fertilizer and weed control packages. We do not venture into flowerbeds or gardens with vegetation control, these areas are for your enjoyment, and we do not want to accidently kill vegetables or any desirable ground cover.
We know our customers are hiring us to take care of their weeds in both the lawn and non-lawn areas, so there is no upcharge for this service. We call it giving good value to our customers’ hard-earned money.
