What to Expect With Basic Service

Because Basic service is tractor-cleared only, approximately 1 to 2 feet of snow may remain directly in front of the garage door. Some snow may also remain along driveway edges or in areas the tractor cannot safely reach.

We do not clear snow behind vehicles parked in the driveway.

On long or unusually shaped driveways, we clear only the areas our tractor can safely access.

Some properties without a driveway may also qualify for Standard service when front-entry, walkway and city-sidewalk clearing is required.

Property Requirements & Custom Pricing

Backyards are not included in our regular seasonal plans. Properties requiring unusual or additional clearing may need custom pricing.

Gravel driveways are not accepted for driveway snow removal.

Long driveways must provide enough width for our equipment. Long sections narrower than approximately 10 feet may not be serviceable.

Very large, unusually shaped or difficult-to-access properties will be reviewed before service is confirmed.

What happens if a vehicle is parked in my driveway?

With Basic service, we do not clear snow behind vehicles parked in the driveway. Keeping your driveway accessible allows our equipment to clear as much of the area as possible.

Do you clear backyards?

Backyards are not included in either regular seasonal plan. Properties that require additional or unusual clearing may need to be reviewed for custom pricing.

Do you provide snow removal for gravel driveways?

No. Gravel driveways are not accepted for driveway snow removal because our equipment requires a suitable surface for safe and reliable clearing.

When does the seasonal snow removal plan run?

Regular seasonal billing runs from November through March. Customers who sign up for the full season also receive October and April snow removal at no additional charge. Seasonal service renews annually unless cancelled.
